తడిసి తడిసి ముద్దవుతుంటే....

పేషెంట్ కు జోహారు చెప్పాలి.....హోమ్  విసిట్ పుణ్యమా  అని ఎన్నో రోజుల తరవాత ముద్దయ్యాను.

కాపోతే "నేను మర్చిపోయ్యాను ఇవాళ మీ విసిట్  ఉన్న సంగతి నేను ఇంట్లో లేనోచ్" అని ఆఖరు నిమిషంలో ఫోన్ చేసిన పేషెంట్ ను ఏమనాలో అర్థమవలేదు.....

అల్లావుద్దీన్ మాయా తివాచికి కట్టేసి ఏ భారతంలోనో సోమాలియంలోనో పడేస్తే .......ఆలోచన నవ్వు తెప్పించింది..

ఇలా ఆలోచనలు వస్తాయనే ముందరి కాళ్ళ బంధం వేస్తూ
"you got to recognise the feelings that your interactions with your patients rise in you
they might remind you of your past experiences and rekindle the same emotions
these are called counter transferences
your work as a therapist is to be aware of all the times of these counter transferences and not act on them" అట.. ముందే నేర్పిస్తారు.......
